Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic telesales agent to contribute in generating equipment sales and services for our ever-growing company. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals over the telephone. You must be an excellent communicator and have first class customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate first class customer service
  • Outbound direct sales calls during and after marketing campaigns
  • Outbound calls to recruit existing customers into campaigns or surveys
  • Inbound sales support calls
  • Assist and support the remote sales managers, creating leads
  • Engage with existing customers to upsell equipment to agreed KPI’s
  • Gathering of market information and product knowledge
  • Sales team administration
Other Information
Hours9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday (35 hour contractual working week)
Life Assurance4 times gross annual salary for death in service
PensionWorkplace Pension Scheme Minimum requirement 5% by employee and 3% by employer
Holiday25 working days holiday plus statutory holidays – holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December
Probationary Period3 months
Notice PeriodOne week notice during probation period - one month thereafter
BonusBonus Scheme – General Staff Bonus. Bonuses are non-contractual - not guaranteed and can be removed at RDP’s sole discretion. Bonus payments are non-consolidated for all other contractual and non-contractual benefits including (but no limited to) pension and life assurance
