Basket - Set Minimum Order Price
Set a minimum value for delivery sales
You can decide if you require a minimum order price – you certainly don’t want to be delivering a single chocolate bar at a time! If you decided to leave the price low, you do have the option of refusing an individual order if it isn't worth the delivery effort - but this might not leave your customers satisfied. It's probably best to set a reasonable minimum order value so you aren't declining orders. Conversely - don't set the price so high that people go elsewhere, especially if you're competing with a local supermarket. Looking at your stores Average Transaction Value might be a good place to start if you're undecided. You can tweak this at any time if you're too busy or too quiet. Consider the lowest amount you can deliver, taking delivery costs and charges into account.
