
Burns Lunch In celebration of the Scottish Bard
On Wednesday 24th – just a day early, we celebrated the birthday of the Scottish bard with traditional haggis, neeps and tatties, served with a creamy whisky sauce and gravy! Our chef Tom decorated the room with flags, paper thistles and tartan bunting and even wore his kilt to work.
Tom and Ian peeled several bags of potatoes and nearly as many neeps so that we could all lunch in true Scottish Style. It’s no mean feat providing lunch for 30+ people but Tom did us proud – just look at all those haggis!
