  • If your issue remains unresolved after contacting our support team, you can file a formal complaint. You can do this by:

    • Sending a letter to Customer Service, Unit 2a, Wakely Works, Meadow Park Industrial Estate, Bourne Road, Essendine, PE9 4LT.
  • Please include the following information in your complaint:
    • Store ID
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Your preferred contact details
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your written complaint within 2 business days, confirming receipt.
  • A manager will work diligently to resolve your complaint as swiftly as possible. They will collaborate with you to fully understand the issue and propose a suitable resolution where a fault is identified.
  • After a resolution is reached, the assigned manager will provide you with a written explanation via email outlining the resolution and the reasons behind the decision.
  • If you remain dissatisfied with the resolution, you can notify the assigned manager that you wish to escalate the complaint further. The complaint will be escalated to a member of the senior management team for review.
  • We expect all interactions with our staff to be courteous and professional. Abusive, offensive, or harassing behaviour, including threats or insults, will not be tolerated. Should such behaviour occur, we reserve the right to cease all correspondence with the Customer and report the incident to relevant authorities. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment.
