Following the Tobacco Duty Increase, some prices in your store will change. We’re working closely with wholesalers and suppliers to make sure any necessary price updates are applied as quickly as possible.
Prices will update automatically.
You’ll receive a message on your ShopMate EPOS system when the update is complete.
Do not reboot or switch off your till – doing so will delay the update. The system needs to stay on to receive and apply the new pricing.
Once updated, it can take 2–3 hours for the cache to fully refresh.
Don’t forget to update your Shelf-Edge Labels (SELs) to reflect any new prices.
