ShopMate Referral Scheme
Terms & Condition
- Eligibility
- The scheme is open to existing ShopMate customers who do not have any outstanding payments for equipment.
- Referrals must be new customers who are not currently an active ShopMate customer
- How the Scheme Works
- To make a referral, share your unique referral code with a friend.
- A referral is counted when the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase using your code.
- Rewards
- The referrer will receive £150 off ShopMate service fees for each successful referral.
- Rewards are issued once the referred customer has been installed for 6 months.
- Qualifying Purchases
- A qualifying purchase is defined as a new independent signup for a ShopMate EPoS contract. The new customer must pay their ShopMate service fees for 6 months.
- The referring customer must still be a Shopmate customer at the qualifying date of 6 months from the referred customer being installed.
- Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders do not qualify.
- Limits
- Each customer can refer as many friends as they wish, up to a maximum referral bonus value of £1,500.
- We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we suspect misuse or abuse of the scheme.
- Fair Use
- The scheme is intended for the use of ShopMate EPoS customers only.
- Posting referral codes on discount websites, social media, spam messaging, or any misleading promotion is not allowed.
- Changes to the Scheme
- We may amend or end the scheme at any time.
- Any changes will not affect referrals already earned but not yet issued.
- General
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- By taking part in the scheme, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
