Terms and Conditions relating to the campaign with Danone S.A. (Danone) for Volvic Touch of Fruit Strawberry 75cl

This campaign will start on 28^th September 2026 and will run until 25^th October 2026.

The campaign will run until the specified end date, or until the ceiling is met for the combined number of rebates redeemed across all stores, whichever comes first. The offers are available on a first come first serve basis.

The products included in this campaign are listed below and must be sold via the RDP EPoS system throughout the campaign:

To qualify for the rebate payment, a store must sell 1 unit or more of Volvic Touch of Fruit Strawberry 75cl during the campaign period.

From time to time, an RDP representative may call or visit the store to validate participation.

Entering the promotion is automated and it is triggered when product has been scanned and purchased by the consumers.

The total number of units sold in each participating store will be calculated at the end of the campaign. RDP will report on sales of the relevant barcode when the product has been presented by the consumer for scanning into a transaction by shop staff.

The product must be sold between the campaign start and end dates listed above to qualify.

Stores will receive a maximum rebate of £5.00 for selling at least 1 unit of Volvic Touch of Fruit Strawberry 75cl during the campaign period.

Example: If 1 unit is sold during the campaign period, a total rebate of £5.00 will be issued. If 10 units are sold during the campaign period, a total rebate of £5.00 will be issued.

Any rebate earned will be credited against the Customer’s RDP service fees, reducing the monthly Direct Debit collected from the Customer’s bank account. The Customer is responsible for accounting for and paying any applicable VAT to HMRC where required.

Credit notes for rebate payments will be issued no later than two calendar months after the campaign ends. Payments are usually made within one month.

Payments will only be made following confirmation of your store EPOS data (transactions showing sales of the promoted item(s) with no unusual patterns of trading being demonstrated by the transactions.) No cash alternative will be offered.

RDP’s decision on whether a retailer qualifies to receive a reimbursement payment will be final, and RDP will not enter into discussion about whether or not a retailer qualifies.

Exclusions:

In the event RDP, in its sole discretion, believes an attempt has been made to use non genuine and/or falsified data, any payment obligation will be immediately void.

RDP Promotion Campaign Terms and Conditions:

1. One entry per store is eligible for this promotion who are not currently stocking/selling any specified product.
2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. All promotions are valid between the campaign dates specified in the offer emails sent prior to the campaign start. Promotions cannot be redeemed after the specified end date.
4. Consumer promotions (where applicable) will only scan on ShopMate EPoS systems where Retailers are paying a monthly or annual service fee.
5. Please do not attempt to apply the promotion against any other product or service, as refusal to accept may cause you embarrassment and delay at the checkout and is a breach of these conditions
6. The consumer promotion (where applicable) will trigger when the relevant barcodes are scanned on the RDP EPoS system at the time of redemption.

8. In exceptional circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion without liability, though every effort will be made to minimise disruption.
9. No personal data will be collected in connection with this promotion. However, RDP reserves the right to collect and store retail transaction data (e.g., products purchased, date, time, and location of transactions when the promotion is triggered and/or redeemed).
