Creating a new portal account

Visit https://portal.shopmate.co.uk/app/dashboard/

Click on Create Account

Enter your email address and a password into this form and press Create Account

If you see a window that states "No sites associated with this account", then you'll need to follow our guide for Assigning stores to your account, available here. This happens when the email address you've used to sign up does not match with the email address we have on file for your site.

If you see this window, then your store has automatically been assigned to you and you're ready to go!
