Callback

Step: 1
To request a callback from The Retail Data Partnership. The callback button is the icon with the telephone image that is next to the till-roll. Press on it and a new window will open.
Step: 2
In the drop-down for ‘Area of assistance’ you will have the following: • Technical support • Invoice query • Partner referral • Promotions • Administrative query Select one of the options from the drop-down list.
Step: 3
Press the ‘Details’ input box and an on-screen keyboard will display. To send the request press the envelope icon, one of our staff will call back to assist you as soon as we can.
