Voiding an article in the transaction

The product will be displayed in the light blue ‘Till-roll’ area of the screen.

If it is a large transaction, you may have to scroll up and down through the transaction to find the specific product. To scroll up and down through the products in the transaction, use the ‘Up’ and ‘Down’ keys next to the till-roll.

When you have identified the product to be removed from the transaction, select it by touching it. Now press the Void key. The selected product will be removed from the till-roll and from the transaction.
