ShopMate -open transactions

If during a transaction, the customer indicates that they have forgotten something, and you want to serve the next customer, press the Alter then the Save/Retrieve button.

Press Save and start the next transaction.

When the first customer returns to the till to continue their transaction, press Alter and then Save/Retrieve. To find the saved transaction, press Retrieve

Using the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ keys and then press Select when you have reached the correct transaction, check to make sure it is the correct transaction for the customer in front of you. When you are sure you have the correct transaction, press the Retrieve button and continue with the transaction.
